5. Client Information & Confidentiality

Everything a client shares with us, and everything we see while doing a client's work, is private and sensitive, whatever its nature. We do not share it. The following applies to all of it:

Published With Approval Only: Where a client's name, logo, review, quote or result appears on the Website or in our marketing, it appears because that client has approved it. We do not publish anything about a client, or post anything on a client's behalf, without their authorisation, and we remove such material on request.

No Disclosure of Client Data: Nothing on the Website discloses a client's confidential information. Where results are shown, they are shown with the client's approval and in a form that does not reveal pricing, margins, suppliers, customers or any other sensitive detail.

No Use Between Clients: We do not use information from one client to benefit another. What we learn inside one client's account is never used to advise, price, position or grow any other client, and clients' data is never combined or compared to give anyone an advantage.

No Use of TSeller Inside Information: TSeller is our own marketplace management software, and it is used by sellers beyond our own clients. We do not use inside information from TSeller, whether from other sellers' accounts, from activity across the platform or from our position as its operator, to help our clients or to inform the work we do for them.

Results Are Specific: Any result shown on the Website belongs to the client it relates to and reflects that client's products, market and circumstances. It is illustrative and is not a promise of what we will achieve for you.
